What is Serpentine Core Fitness all about?

Serpentine Core Fitness Program is a low-impact, full body workout that is derived from 22 years of Belly Dance studies and 12 years of teaching successful, educational weekly classes. While dealing my own mobility issues, recovering from injury and battling with my weight and chronic pain, I realized how many other students and friends were also suffering from these same issues and ailments. After following my weekly regimen, changing my eating habits, and not giving up I am happy to say that I feel so much better. I wish to share this with you, and hope you enjoy this lifestyle as well!

Sharing my story about my own physical challenges and pain management regimen has lead to many hours of personal research and studies about correcting issues involving Inner Core, Pelvic Floor, Prolapsed Bladder, Diastasis Recti (Ab Separation), Aging, Chronic Pain Management, Prenatal Preparation and Postnatal Recovery.

No matter what age or fitness level, Serpentine Core Fitness Program is beneficial in many ways – Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual well-being. It’s an all inclusive class, known as Holistic Fitness.
